ArtLab OKC
Class Description: To all you overwhelmed and self-sacrificing health professionals, you’ve been asking for it, so here it is. I’m now offering my creative group immersion experience, ArtLab OKC, to the OKC Metro. We spend so much of our time and energy supporting our patients in healing, becoming, and accept who they truly are. It’s a beautiful career. It can also be isolating and exhausting—always giving to others with very little left for ourselves. That’s why I created ArtLab OKC. I’m combining all my therapeutic expertise with my love of art and community. I will facilitate 8 weekly group sessions and provide all your materials. You will use multiple art mediums to explore ideas, experiences, and feelings. You will have opportunities for encouragement and reflection.
